20x20 Tent (400 sq ft):

• Fits up to 4–5 rectangular 6ft tables
• Seating for about 24–40 guests depending on layout

20x30 Tent (600 sq ft):

• Fits up to 6–8 rectangular 6ft tables
• Seating for about 48–60 guests comfortably

If you want it tighter or more spacious (buffet, dance floor, DJ area), the numbers will shift a bit.
