Please Note — Care & Return Policy
The Snow Cone Machine must be emptied, cleaned, wiped down, and returned ready for pickup.
Please remove any remaining ice, syrup, and debris after use. The machine should be rinsed and wiped down carefully. Do not submerge or spray the electrical components with water.
A $30 cleaning fee will apply if the Snow Cone Machine is returned dirty and requires additional cleaning. Please make sure the machine is clean and ready for pickup at the scheduled pickup time.
